About Caravan

Located on 'THE WAVES', this is a brand-new elevated area of the site with private parking, large plot and stunning sea views. Whilst still being in walking distance of the main facilities, this is a quieter area of the park where caravans are spaced out for privacy. The caravan is situated on a corner plot which provides an enclosed lawn area. ​ French doors lead onto a full wrap around decking with two large seating areas and glass panels for that undisturbed sea view. Good quality patio furniture ensures that you can relax in comfort, whilst looking at beautiful cliff top scenery and sea views. This luxurious caravan has central heating, a lovely log burning effect fireplace and 40-inch TV with Freeview, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are 3 bedrooms consisting of a large double and two twin bedded rooms, all fitted with wardrobes overhead storage and radiators. The double bedroom is equipped with dressing table, double wardrobes, wall mounted plasma (again with Freeview, Netflix and Amazon Prime) and an en-suite. The main bathroom has a large double shower. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. This includes gas cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge etc. There is even a slow cooker and a 'George Foreman' grill. Freshly laundered bedlinen is included in the price and beds will be made up for your arrival so you can begin your holiday as soon as you arrive. Fun works passes are not included, but these can be easily obtained from Haven reception. To secure a booking there is a £50 non-refundable deposit which comes off the balance plus a refundable £100 security bond which will be returned within 7 days of departure. Providing the caravan is left in the same condition as upon arrival. The balance and security bond is to be paid 4 weeks in advance upon the start of your holiday. There is a strict no smoking policy and no pets are allowed in the caravan. We have a key safe at the caravan which is used in order for you to collect your keys, therefore there is no need to wait in any unnecessary queues at reception. We will provide you with the pin number before the start of your holiday and can confirm the code is changed frequently. Arrival times are 4pm and the caravan must be vacated before 11am on the day of your departure.
